VICTORIA'S GOLDEN ALE 

Our lightest ale is a blend of pale malt and unmalted wheat.  This beer is lightly hopped with German varieties and fermented cooler for a crisp finish.  Straw-colored and lower in alcohol(4.2% vol.), this is a flavorful session beer.

J.J.'S RASPBERRY WHEAT

 A domestic interpretation of the fruit flavored beers that made Belgium famous.  Very light and crisp with low hp bitterness, this beer gathers it's flavor from fresh Raspberries that are used in place of flavoring and aroma hops.(4.2%abv)

Hopgarden Pale Ale

 Pale amber in color and medium bodied, this pale ale is dominated by prominent hop flavor and aroma. We use two different hops, Summit and a super alpha hop called columbus to give this beer it's distinct bitterness and floral aroma.(6.1%abv)

Avenel Amber

 A Medium hopped, light bodied amber ale. This brew derives it's flavor from domestic grains with emphasis on caramel and toasted malts. Oregon grown hops abound. I hope the Avenel crew enjoys this one. (4.7%ABV)

Chocolate Cherry Stout

This dark ebony ale is smooth and rich. We start with a classic english stout and add the essence of ripe red cherries to give this stout a pleasant aroma and flavor.(5.4%ABV)

Knockout Bock

 Traditionally brewed to emulate the bocks of germany. This lager is brewed to welcome the spring. Known as Maibock in germany it's usually released in May. It does pack a punch at 6.7%ABV.
